I quit the waitressing job due to lack of transportation.  But the schoolgirl outfit is mine forever.  And the memories of guys blustering and stuttering, and trying to impress upon me that pool is a "tactical sport" but normally they play more active sports such as football.  Yay?  Thanks, fellas, but you're barking up the wrong tree.

So, my first real night, doing tables by myself!

The person with 10yrs experience who owns the bar says it's never like that. So that's good.  :0

Mainly, I had a group of seven real assholes, for whom everything went wrong.  They liked me, because I am hella charming, and because I blamed the food mistakes on the cook (because it was kinda his fault ( Read more... )

I got a job!  as a cocktail waitress.  The pay is terrible, but it seems a decent place, and hey it's better'n nothing, and they'll train me how to do it, so yay.
I start tomorrow.  More on this later, I imagine.
