After all these years, I realize that what makes me the most depressed most often is not having money. Huh. There are plenty of interpretations, extrapolations and implications to be pondered there, but I don't think I'm ready to go there yet. I'll be turning it over in my head for some time.

Another consequence of depression: I've just noticed fraudulent charges on my debit card going back more than a month. Because before now, I just didn't give a shit and assumed it was me being shitty with money when I had less money than I expected in the bank ( Read more... )
