Look at my beautiful new sourdough starter! It's the one I started with mead must. BEST SOURDOUGH EVER. It only took 3 days to start up, rather than the usual 7 to 10.



It is the happiest lactobacillus x saccharomyces in the world. I shall call it Oliver. ♥ ♥ ♥
