okay. i'll admit it, goddammit i love the postal service. i love them. i rue the day i listened to their prereleased cd in my friend's car. they're so disgustingly saccharine and horrifyingly "indie" that they couldn't possibly ever ever do anything wrong. they make me so giddy. it's totally gruesome! ...totally, totally gruesome!!
me and lizzy are going to get the barzine project going. we have a good 12 reviews so far. nick is on board as the "women in this bar" reviewer. he is super. my favorite account of ours so far is that of the barzine competitor-alcohol-waster-probably-just-writing-bad-poetry man, observed at the serenader, oakland ca. great bar. the "LD" (limpdick) club meeting (like the pen15 club!! haha!) at smitty's ran a close second. we want to hit up dorsey's locker and the birdcage. sean got bludgeoned upside the head with a cinder block outside of the birdcage. we're GONNA DO IT!!!
addition: RANDALL T. WATT (WHITE MAN IN ASIAN SKIN EXTRAORDINAIRE) DREW AN EXCELLENT COW CARTOON ON A NAPKIN DURING OUR STAY AT THE ALLEY LAST WEEK. THE COW WAS SINGING "MOOOOOOooooN RIVER," WHICH IS REALLY PUNNY IF YOU THINK ABOUT IT. THANKS RANDY! PERHAPS HE WILL DRAW MORE CARTOONS FOR BARZINE.
