this weekend we watched "spirited away." the miyazaki film recently re-released by disney (die, poison!)! the no-face spirit barfed all over the place. barfed up his poopy consumed identity. poor no-face. all needy and greedy and waiting for someone to tell him how to be. he was disappointed to find that no one could help, cause they were all just needy and greedy too. needy demi-gods. i like demi-gods. i like how they falter according to human weakness. they teach us all good like because we can relate.
