Kara! You should go to a Doctor!!

Okay. First off sexual contact can give you a bladder infection. Any time you are exposed like that? With any sort of possibility of getting bacteria in your urethra? It is a risk.

The itch and the smell could be something else though, not an UTI.

Does it burn when you pee?

Kara, you aren't going to need a bladder transplant. There are antibiotics for this sort of thing, but we do need to make sure that this is what it is.

Do you feel like you have to pee but nothing happens?

Like explain how this happened, well not all details, but what happened?

Well if you want to go to a doctor I'll go with you. I am sure Angel isn't the best person in these situations.

But trust me, everything is simple and easily fixed with anti-biotics.

Well I am not gonna poke around either!!

My doctor is a female, she is really good. And they don't HAVE to poke around there, because all you have to do is pee in a cup. They test it that way.
