so i just heard the usda is shuttering a bunch of buildings..
and 7000 people in 2011 took early retirement. so i guess there went the more experienced ones. and or maybe tip off on the future of USDA. well. since they did such a good job before .... basically 'fuck the populace' we need to save the govt' not save random lives. we dont need oversight anyways. . . . divide and conquer,,,
