Hmmm... 10 miles with a mild chest cold and a low-grade fever... good idea or bad idea? Maybe I'll flip a coin on this... on the one hand, I could get sicker if I do it, but on the other, if I don't do it, given the fact that I've already not done anything other than the one-mile race that came out like total crap due to aforementioned chest cold combined with really stiff muscles, I'm going to start getting out of shape, which would be absolutely dreadful.
It WOULD be my luck to start off winter break with a chest cold. And to have the initial onset of symptoms the day before a race -_- But yeah, do I do ten because it *is* only a mild one, do a shorter distance, or take the day off? Or go off anf just pay close attention to how i'm feeling?
