What happens in Yonkers, stays in Yonkers!
Kat, James, Linda, and I drove to Yonkers this weekend to hang out with our friend Dan! Since his parents weren't home, we could take over the house! Awesome! Needless to say, there were many shenanigans that went down, since it was us, after all, haha.
Friday
- Picked up at around 4 by Kat and Linda
- drove to Wading River to get James
- got gas
- got Chinese food. I ordered vegetable lo mein, cheese wontons, and a shrimp egg roll
- munched on Chinese food beginning of journey. Kat and James decided to wait until 3 hours later to eat theirs.
- got to Dan's, unloaded car, hugged, squeed, started drinking, devouring food, talking, watching Robin Hood, and other stuff
Saturday aka happy birthday James!
1. Zack and my ex came. Zach was cool. The whole ex being there thing however, was so unholy... really, can you say awkward?
2. Poor Kat had food poisoning from waiting several hours to eat her Chinese.
3. Watched Animaniacs all morning. Watched movies all afternoon.
4. Got Applebes for dinner. Ordered 2 orders of broccoli. Yes, broccoli. It was tasty and healthy, and I'd just been eating junk food until then since Dan only has junk food in his house lol- the healthy stuff is not vegetarian friendly! The sucky part was the people I know well were sitting by my ex talking to him, and those I don't were talking to each other. Felt pretty left out and isolated there.
5. Went back to Dan's. More people showed up. We played Bullshit, talked, listened to music by Katy Perry, Lady Gaga and Ke$ha (among others).
6. Watched movies. We like movies.
Sunday
1. Woke late.
2. Watched Percy Jackson
3. Played Rummy 500
4. Packed.
5. Got afternoon tea at diner.
6. Went home. Wahhhhhhh!
Today was just tutoring, then hanging out in my room... nothing special.
