About Martin and his problems

I hope that everything is well for you. I will like to talk to you when you’ll come back regarding the different projects that we have to work on and the help that we need for them, I have seen that the help that we get from Martin is not enough and we can not rely on him due to different matters (unstable schedule, lack of comprehension and knowledge of the graphic design regulations and standards, personal matters) This week he was not in Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, Apparently he will be in tomorrow. Leaving his availability aside I noticed mistakes on the In-Performa boxes and LCD Instruction Manuals that lead me to rework on them, stopping me from moving forward with other projects. This also happened with the LCD boxes when he started working on them.
I can not follow him in every step he takes, but this may need to be done every time he works on a project. I understand his situation, and admire your courage to help him and other people, but maybe we are not helping him the right way, maybe he needs some other kind of help or tasks to work on. Maybe it is too much for him to learn a profession and integrate himself on the working market at the same time. I’ve seen that the kid needs time for himself.
I will like to know if you consider of getting a Graphic Designer to help us, in order to move forward with the different projects that we have to work on. We can discuss this when you come back.
