Self-Dating, Boner Jamz, and Gigantic Television Mice

Long time, no see, mes amis. 2008 was relatively uneventful. At least, the latter part of it. Work has gotten marginally better and only slightly more fruitful, financially speaking. My social life has become entirely nonexistent, unless you count holding hands with myself at the movie theatre on an early Wednesday afternoon a social life. I go on Wednesdays because I get free popcorn with my membership card. It's pretty sweet. No big deal. The only other constants in my life have been Rock Band, Pizza Hut traditional bone-in chicken wings with no sauce, and my precious MP3 player/phone. I don't know how I lived without it before. Now I can annoy people on the bus with annoyingly loud one-sided conversations and Boston's "More Than a Feeling" blaring unapologetically and with great vigor out of my Family Dollar headphones. Speaking of music, let's take this clumsy segue as an opportunity to post my annual Best Of... playlist. I wanted to post this last night before midnight, but I got sucked into the new On Demand programming that I didn't know existed on my subscription package until about a month ago. Four episodes of Veronica Mars, one episode of Thundercats, and 3/4 of Half Nelson starring Ryan Gosling formerly of The Mickey Mouse Club fame diverted my attention and I never got around to it. Anyway, thar she blows:
