(no subject)
This was written today Aug 5th....
So.... you will never, ever guess who took an hour and 45 min lunch today.... and then when they came back at 2:15 pm decided to go on break at 2:45????
Do I hear any guessers out there?? From the recesses of Cyber Space I believe I can faintly hear Libby crying..... Glynis! Glynis! Yes! Libby you are so smart... how did you ever guess it was Glynis?? Oh and to top it off... Terri is out today, so that means that Glynis will "have to" cover Rosie for break..... Guess who has been on the phones all day pretty much by her self?? That's right... me! Libby... poor baby... had her wisdom teeth pulled... so I totally understand her absense.... BUTTTT I am ready to rip off someone's head today! Thankfully, it is Friday, so I will have a few days to recoop....
This weekend is gonna be nice... I am gonna do a relaxing number... maybe go swimming... Finish my unpacking.... spend some time w/ Kara and our new puppy... which by the way was almost lost... thankfully he followed Zeke home. He ran off after someone left the gate open. Kara was freaking out on the way to school... she thought he was never coming back. Poor Baby!
Kara told me her first day was good. She ended up getting in band which was cool for her. They did though take away her art class and give her PE which I don't understand why. I plan on talking to them, but I haven't had a chance to do that due to the dog running away this morning. It was a little scary for me to leave her at school considering there were soooo many older kids there. Not that they really were older by much, but they were all developed, and taller and they all were acting like teenagers. She doesn't act like a baby, but she still resembles a little girl. You could see that she was a little nervous.... but she said it went ok. She now has to change classes and all that, so that is different. I think this is the year when she will grow up, which is scary for me. I guess I just have to trust that I have raised her right and believe that God will carry her through.....
