Well I offically arrived back in Canterbury on Sunday (with Siobhan :-D :-D) which was really cool, as was Monday since Jerry took John and I on the Jack the Ripper Tour as an early birthday treat. It was VERY cool. And just goes to show how sick and twisted human nature really is... and nothing has changed really, except perhaps that we seem to have developed a sense of irony; the place where old Jack hacked to pieces his fourth victim, spewing her guts and stealing her left kidney (apparently later eating it, yummy), is now the site of a primary school's playground... Hmmm.
It was quite a long day though and by the time we dropped Siobhanny home :-( we didn't get back till nearly 1am. And apart from that magical adventure I haven't really been up to much of note apart from sorting some things out in the house and some RockSoc stuff. And the only really interesting things to say about those two details are: 1) if there's an outbreak in bird obesity in the Canterbury area it may be mine and John's fault, and 2) the Kent Union is about as helpful as a... *insert some clever and humorously ridiculous analogy here* (it's been a long day.) Point is, they're shit.
Something random: last week before getting back to Canters, I met up with an old school friend I hadn't seen for 9 years(!) That was quite strange but in a good way since they didn't turn out to be scary/serial killer/right-wing conservatives so it was all good :-) It also proves that sometimes Facebook has its uses that don't just involve sucking two hours of my life away on each visit.
Which is what this entry will do if I don't stop soon. Good night all.
