Aah~ We've known each other for at least two years [because his timeline is warped.] and we met in highschool back in our world~ The story's a bit complicated [and he's not sure if he should say everything without Haruhi's permission given the circumstances] but it really was a chance meeting. It's like fate brought us together~! First back home, and now here in Somarium~!

It wasn't love at first sight-[though it was certainly interest at first sight]-but to be honest...[a laugh] I'm not really sure. I suppose over time my feelings for her grew and one day I just realized how I actually felt for her. [let's not get into the whole "father" bit.]

Mm...well I suppose part of it was that Haruhi had been in Somarium before. So each time she left and came back, the more I wanted to hold on to her. [now he's getting slightly embarrassed, but he's also happy at the same time.]

A few dreams and several people pointing it out helped, haha. Because I always thought of Haruhi as a close friend, it was a little difficult to really tell that what I felt wasn't just close friendship, but love.
