Sorry fo the MIA
Okay, first off, I'd like to say sorry for being so MIA lately both on lj and AIM/Messenger. I have no excuse really, I've just been feeling way antisocial and whenever I did feel social, I was too busy to talk. Bleck. I really do miss everybody though. Please drop by with a line if you see me on messenger or even if you don't since my invisible button clicks on and off sometimes at will. I'd love to chat. As for the other stuff that's been going on in my life....
Went to a Monster job fair last week. Total waste of my time since there were only ten companies that showed up and most of them were for sales.
Did some apartment hunting with my friend Lissa and learned that you can make U-turns in the middle of just about any road, including highways.
And tomorrow I have a job interview with a children's cancer research foundation. If I get it I'll be the publications/communications assistant. I think it will be very cool. The job description sounds daunting but I can see myself making a difference there.
In other news, the mother continues to drive me up the wall, Snowball the puppy has allergy issues and hates taking her medicine, and I'm going out to a cabin up in Big Bear next weekend to get away from it all. Plus, Stardust is coming on August 10th. Oh Neil Gaiman, ye of the exquisite writing, I hope they do your book justice.
