Prop 8 Arguments Today
Instead of doing work tonight, I went to the "Eve of Justice" rally downtown. I'm not very good at estimating, but I say we pulled a good 500 people out in the rain... LAtimes.com has some pictures up here. I enjoyed the candle part - even though the person I was with kept playing with the wax and distracting me from the speeches! Hmph. I did take some pictures, but it was already dark and the rain didn't help. Anyways, oral arguments today, live from 9am-12pm PST on the web. Pray, cross your fingers, hope that justice will prevail :-)
And because I got home at like 11pm, and I'm a bit behind in my work, I'm sitting on the couch, trying to do work, and I have some music videos playing on the TV... Sugarland comes on and all I can do is just stare at Jennifer Nettles - for the entire video. I've never really been into blondes, but Jennifer Nettles (and Yvonne Strahovski!) is an exception. I mean, seriously? That voice...*swoons* This is the video tonight that made me stop and stare:
And the guy in bed is so f*ing hot too.
I first noticed her from the Something More video (it won't give me the embeded code...) and was like "WHO is that girl in the ocean?"
PS. They were on Sesame Street. How cute! (My sound is messed up right now on my laptop and I don't feel like restarting the computer. I hope the Sesame Street clip is good!)
