So, the rest of my beer batch, having bottle-fermented for an additional week, has proven to be Most Good. It has nice carbonation, no nasty after-taste, is slightly sweet (which I wouldn't usually like, but in this case seems pretty nice), and... damn. Yes, this is alcohol, for sure.
