1. Make sure you join and friend the community so you can keep up with the challenges. There is no cap on how many people may participate. All participants will automatically be granted one skip. If you would like to earn extra skips, see the note below. The sign up is open with an available skip until the end of the first challenge and until the end of the second without a skip.
2. At the end of each challenge, you will have to vote for the icons you think are of LESSER quality. Your votes must not be based on your personal feelings or subjectivity, but on the formal quality of the icon. You will also vote for one favourite icon.
3. The icon(s) with the most negative votes will be eliminated. Please, note that constructive criticism and fair elimination is part of the game, only make sure you can cope with it before you sign up.
4. When you vote for an icon, you have to explain your reasons. You will give a short explanation as to why you think the icon is of a lesser quality or why it's the best.
5. The votes will be tallied and each participant can ask to receive their comments. Those will be sent anonymously and kept screened.
6. When you sign up for a round, you must be aware that you will have to participate in several consecutive challenges, unless you asked/used a skip .
7. Each participant is automatically given one skip, however contestants may earn 1 extra skip by pimping this round in other journals. Just comment here with the link to the journal where the link is posted (both personal journals and communities are fine). Please use promo code.
8. There will be one comeback challenge, which will allow for two people who have been eliminated to come back.
