Congratulations to the littlest Diaz!
As many of you know my friends, outlawcoon and sulleniguana have an absolutely adorable child. Recently they got to prove it!
Their relatives in Florida, without their knowledge, entered the Kit in a "Miss Cuba USA" contest. There were a few photos and all the pertinent information was filled out by sulleniguana's folks. Well, the Kit was one of 100 people selected to actually go to a pagent in Cuba that will be hosted by Raul Castro himself. They say that Fidel may attend health permitting.
While the trip and room and board are paid for, the family has to provide their own costume and make up for the child. The Diazes have picked out an authentic Cuban outfit, but it runs about $2,000 USD. A paypal account has been set up for the purpose of getting the Kit her costume. I will post the link as soon as I get it!
