I wish people would realize the difference between discussing politics with people when there is a chance to exchange opinions and ideas, and posting static rhetoric on their facebook wall, as if it makes any difference other than to alienate some friends and reinforce the already-held beliefs of others through a mad circle of compulsory masturbation.
