fun weekend
So I haven't updated in awhile, but that's ok! :) I had a pretty good weekend, though.... started out Fri evening by walking two laps around the local marina with Mikey J. We finished that evening with Dennys and watching Planet of the Apes (which he hated, haha).
Saturday: Dumbledore is gay? Wtf... seriously. That is just a little irritating to me considering she didn't even make it subtly known in the books. Yeah, he's HER character to do what she pleases with, but all her readers now already have a perception of him, and I don't think gay is really it! Anyway... after all that debating with Mike, we went and saw Rendition at the movie theater. Great movie! Then I took him out to Quiznos and we ended the evening watching Transformers, which was another awesome movie!
Sunday: Went to church, followed by Sushi Time (yah, sushi has grown on me, what can I say?), and then going to Jessica's performance with the Philharmonic Orchestra. I really liked the performance, and it was my first experience with the Reno Philharmonic since being here. I suppose there are some perks to living in a larger city of sorts :)
