(no subject)
I know better than to write in this when I'm wicked annoyed. So I'm going to keep this short so I don't make anyone upset with me! God, what a fucking horrible day.
I've been worried about a friend all day, and I hope she calls soon so that I know she's ok. Class was just long and tedious, and I forgot that my first MAJOR paper (I've had tons and tons of 3 page essays due already) is supposed to be turned in on Tuesday. I'm feeling kinda crappy because of my headcold, and I probably shouldn't have gone into the lab this afternoon. I think today would have just been long and tiring if I hadn't gone, but I went. That's where the day went to hell. I was supposed to leave the lab around 5, like everyone else. Instead I ended up there until 7:30 tonight at which point I just said "Fuck it" and now I have to go back in early tomarrow morning. Stupid fucking FIA analyzer. The thing just kept failing it's quality checks over and over no matter how many times I reset it or made up new QC check samples. I still don't know whats wrong with it, and at this point I have to wonder if maybe a peice inside is busted. When I left the lab to go home I realized the truck was almost out of gas, so I stopped to refill the tank and ended up running into someone who I never thought I'd see again, and while she may not be the worst person, she's connected to the worst. Justin's relative (cousin maybe?) and one of Jordan's close friends in highschool. Now I'm home, tired as hell and I just want to get the fuck out of this town.
