She turned towards him and glared at him. She didn’t like how he’d always pester her. He knew he upset her sometimes. Especially when he would tell her what to do, like the time he told her not to smoke. But the truth was he just knew it wasn’t healthy for her, and he cared about her more than she would ever know.
If only she would get to know him, he knew he could show her the world. Even though he didn’t think their hearts would understand each other and flutter together anytime soon. He wished she could see his heart and understand that his persistent ways were just his way of showing that he cared. He wasn’t just trying to be a nuisance for her, as she seemed to think.
