“Darling,” Hikaru gasped in amazement. “Isn’t the setting sun beautiful?”
Keosuke turned towards to horizon. It was spectacular. The sky was cloudless and the sun painted it with bright reddish-orange colors. He had never really noticed how breathtaking sunsets could be. Truth be told he had never observed a sun set as closely as this one.
He glanced at Hikaru, who seemed to be waiting for an answer of some kind. She looked different somehow. He had never noticed how her eyes sparkled, or how rosy her cheeks could be. Keosuke was always preoccupied with Madoka to realize anything about Hikaru.
“It very beautiful,” Keosuke replied with a smile and a hint of blush.
