I like grad school
Things are going well thus far. The biggest difference between grad school and undergrad that I have noticed is how engaged I feel in all of my classes. I am spending today doing reading and working on research for some long term projects, and I don't feel reluctant about it.
In tangentially related news, I have been recruited to consult on sustainability practices for a new restaurant opening in the village and I think it is a good opportunity to get some experience. I am also signed up to start on campus recruiting for summer internships in the field. Those interviews will probably start soon.
So yeah, there is a lot going on. I want to go on a long weekend out of NYC for Feb 13-16 but we are having trouble finding a dog-sitter.
