“jonghyun-!”
“Don’t you dare-don’t you dare-do that to me-“
BAM.
For the umpteenth time that night, Jonghyun used all his strength to strike out against kibum, hurling the smaller boy against the far wall. A strangled cry was the other boy’s reaction to this, but Jonghyun was so consumed by anger (and god knows what else) that he’s impervious to any humane feeling at the moment.
“-please-Jong-“
Jonghyun gripped Kibum’s collar roughly, dragging him up to his eye-level.
“Shut up-!”
Kibum collided hard with the wall again in response to Jonghyun’s forceful shove.
CRASH.
Slap. Slap.
“I love you so goddamn fucking much, don’t you know!” Words escaped Jonghyun’s mouth in short, rasping breaths.
Kibum leaned heavily against the wall, half conscious as his mind tried to register the ongoing events. His Jjong-his Jjong-was-had actually-
“Do you hear me!” SLAP. The blow caused Kibum’s vision to go starkly white, as his head became significantly heavier.
Suddenly Jonghyun stopped. He stared at Kibum for a while, and promptly collapsed unto the floor as his strength and willpower left him.
“Oh-god… Kibum-“
Then, with two long sweeping strides, he crossed the floor over to where Kibum lay and enveloped him in a tight embrace.
“Oh god, Kibum, I-“
“Get away from me!” Kibum screamed the most coherent thing he had uttered the whole time as Jonghyun refused to let go of him.
“I’m sorry.” Lies, Kibum knew.
All of a sudden, he found himself pulled into a passionate kiss -tongue and all-and his mind suddenly knew no resistance.
“I love you,” Jonghyun moaned into the kiss, deepening it.
