time just flies
So... lots of stuff to say.
Four more days of work!! I've been at Olympia cafe for four months now and I'm damn well and ready to leave. Those bitches started taxing our tips now instead of receiving them at the end of each shift which sucks major ass because A)My tips are taxed and B)My bosses decide how mich I make. But they like me so I got $200 in tips last check. My last day is Wednesday and Jenny, Andrea, Kelley, Sam, and Ashley are coming in around 9 when stuff starts to slow down.
Everyone is getting ready for college! And I'm not ready at all. Maria, my roommate is visiting family in Norway so I'm sort of waiting for her to go dorm room shopping... I found this cool place at the mall that had those huge life size cut outs of people and posters that I want to buy for our room. The coolest real life cut out they have is of James Dean. He's a cool cat. I need to do so much.
We're thinking of going to Hawaii for winter break. Michael's last final is the 20th so we'd leave the 22nd and come back two weeks later which means we wouldn't do the whole present giving thing, which I'm ok with. I'm getting to that age where I don't ask for much and if I do, it's rather expensive. How awesome would it be to spend Christmas in Hawaii!? I'm also at the age where I can help plan. My mother and I were looking at the different islands. (Kauai is what most people expect Hawaii to be like.... like the Santorini of Greece) I like being able to plan out what we do. I definitely want a coconut bra.
