What Hawkeye had been expecting when she walked into the office that evening was not what she found.
What she found was Mustang, Havoc and Breda sitting on the floor, various articles of uniform crumpled and spread around the room and them laughing their asses off at seemingly nothing. And if she didn’t know better she would have sworn there was a distinctly non-tobacco smell to the smoke filling the space.
“Sir?”
“Riiizaaaa! Hiii~” The Colonel greeted, rather giddily. “Rizaaa. Rrriiizzzzaaaa. Hehe, that’s fun to say. Riza. Riiiiza. Za ri.” He continued on falling into an incomprehensible mumblings and then bursting into laughter again.
“Sir? Are you three high?”
“As. A. Kite... As a fucking kite, Riza.”
