Colors Speak True

I'm getting old.

Recently I've pulled another muscle/tendon/thing in my left leg so it was hard for me to move around at work. I got over it by the next day, and I've been okay for the few weeks that have passed since it happened. It's just really annoying though. Also, my hands have been drying out a lot; in particular, my right index finger and right middle finger. I've had to wear gloves at work several times to prevent them from drying out completely. I guess using all these cleaning chemicals has been doing quite a bit of harm to my skin.

Speaking of cleaning chemicals, I used some bleach on the shower curtains in my apartment again, since I saw mold growing around the bottom again. Enough mold has built up such that, after letting the bleach soak in, running water over it results in black stuff actually flaking off. Pretty nasty. But I bleached about 2/3 of the curtains this evening while showering (kinda stupid, but that's the best way to do it), and my nose has been running ever since, with me sneezing at least once every half hour. My head was hurting and I was getting a little dizzy while showering too.

Seriously getting too old for this.

I'm still doing the dishes. One of them actually came up to me after I finished, and said something to the effect of: "If you waited a little longer, I could have cleaned my dishes..." and to which I replied, "Nah, it's okay..."
To which he then replied, "Are you sure? I feel bad if you feel like you're doing all the work around here..."
SO THANKS FOR MAKING ME FEEL LIKE A DOUCHE for complaining about it all the time behind your back.
But the next two days, I ended up being so tired after coming back to the apartment that I ended up just showering, using the Internet for a little bit, and sleeping...instead of my usual habits of cleaning the kitchen and doing the dishes, showering, using the Internet for several hours, then sleeping when I'm tired around when the sun comes up. And during those two days, the dishes weren't done.
SO THANKS FOR MAKING ME REGRET FEELING LIKE A DOUCHE.
So this evening, I spent about an hour doing all the dishes that piled up over the past two days, in addition to bleaching the cutting boards that they used. Someone also had the balls to leave out the styrofoam tray that held his raw chicken on the kitchen counter, next to a dirty, unwashed cutting board with a used knife with bits of raw chicken covering both the cutting board and knife. And they just left it out for who-knows-how-many hours until I got home. And I was the only one man enough, apparently, to clean it up. Cleaning the Meat Department at work certainly has its advantages.

I also found that listening to music while cleaning the dishes at home helps keep me calm. It takes my mind off of how utterly lazy the other guys are. They aren't suffering from any disabling mental disorders, and only one of them has a job. Oh, that's right. The one with a job is busy watching Anime, one of them is busy listening to Podcasts and NPR, and the last one is busy playing MMORPGs. No time to keep the kitchen clean. No time to keep the bathroom clean.

My stuffed-up and occasionally-running nose is really annoying. I hate my body.

Though I've been successfully losing weight over the past several months. I think over the past half year, I've lost at least 20 pounds, probably around 30 by now. I can fit into a size 32 waist very easily now, where I used to have lots of problems putting on pants. And I can say that I no longer have manboobs. Well, I never really had any, but I definitely don't have them now. It was a little ambiguous before, however.

Yep. I need to write in this thing more often.
