A Roy Mustang who is not the Roy Mustang which Armstrong knows. Admittedly, the concept of that is somewhat over his head, but still regardless the Colonel is still the Colonel, no matter which Amestris he is from. Still, however... the sight of this Roy does make Armstrong to feel a little pained, if only because he was unable to do what his counterpart back in his world had done. Nevertheless, Armstrong will do his best to aid and support the man regardless - and give help whenever is needed and necessary. Hopefully, the Colonel would be able to get back onto his feet proper one day.RANK: 8/10

The Colonel's assistant, and a highly dependable woman - Armstrong respects her dedication greatly, and he does sort of admire her conviction to stay on the path she so decided for herself; it was something that he had failed to do once, back at the Ishval Campaign. Now though they have worked together in the events of the Promised Day, Armstrong has nothing but respect for her and her abilities - and trusts that she will help in bringing the Colonel back to his feet.
BRIGADIER GENERAL MAES HUGHES

To be honest, Armstrong isn't so sure what to make of Hughes at the moment - on one had it is good to see him again (not to mention work with him as well), but on the other... well. He was dead, that's a fact he can't deny. It is... strange, to see him again after all this time, but Armstrong will do his best to work with this; and at least, he can tell Hughes that they've managed to figure out what he saw first... and they managed to defend Amestris from the danger it had. A loyal and dependable man, one who Armstrong did greatly regret when the other had to withdraw from service due to the damage done to his spine. It makes him glad to see that the other is well and fine and on the road to recovery - at least that's one good thing that's come out from all of this. With hope and luck, perhaps he'll get well enough soon to help out properly.
WINRY ROCKBELL

Despite her young age, Winry has proven time and again to be an incredibly strong-hearted girl - something which Armstrong can sense and respect in his own manner. Being the one closest to the Elric Brothers, he knows that it must be hard for her to be on the sidelines while the two go through their adventures. But still, her strength and indomitable spirit never fails to impress Armstrong, and he has a deep respect for her because of it. That spirit hasn't changed even with her being in Death City for so long, and all the more he admires that strong will which she possesses.RANK: 7/10

The young female retainer who serves the Prince of Xing, her presence in Death City is one that surprised Armstrong. He himself has paid witness to the strength she has during the time of the Promised Day, and he respects her for that as well.
GREED

Greed... how does Armstrong begin with this one? Though he may be a Homunculus - by all means an accounts an enemy - he has helped all of Amestris immensely in defeating Father, especially in the end. Armstrong regards him more of comrade rather than enemy, even if they are supposed to be at odds. The act of sacrificing himself for the sake of everything else has only commanded nothing but respect from Armstrong... though having to tell the Greed here of what happened has been hard for him. It's never pleasant to tell somebody that they're certainly going to die... but he hopes that Greed will get through this and discover what he truly wants before he loses all that matters to him.RANK: 7/10

One of the seven (six) Homunculus that was put down, Armstrong doesn't know all that much about Lust, since it was Mustang who put her down. He only knows of her from what Edward had told him and subsequent reports after that. For now he isn't aware that she's around (much less of the fact that he's actually already talked to her), but should he ever know... well, things won't be all that great then.

One of the students of Shibusen, by all accounts Tsubaki seems like a pretty nice girl - through the fact that she is only a teenager and yet fighting has not escaped Armstrong's notice. He's not going to say anything about it, but he is not one to easily approve of children such as her fighting - still, if she doesn't say a thing about it, then Armstrong isn't going to say anything. Regardless, she has helped him immensely in the tour and kindly answered all of his questions; a fact which he is thankful for.RANK: 5/10

Though he isn't aware yet, Armstrong would be surprised to know that this guy is still an ordinary human by all accounts and standards. His affliction to Shibusen would interest him certainly, but Armstrong isn't going to be the kind of guy to poke into things like that. He'll keep his distance and respect this man for now, and see how things go in time to come. At least he's with Shibusen rather than the enemy.

The young man who is now his Meister, for better or for worse. Though he has spirit and strength, it is still a fact that Masaru is still only a child - and it because of this does Armstrong feel a need to watch out for him, since he has a feeling that the kid's recklessness and rashness might lead him towards something bad if left unchecked. Now that he's partnered with him, Armstrong will certainly do his best to look over Masaru and guide him towards being a proper and just man - he has the heart and spirit alright, but he still needs some guidance and a push in the right direction; and all of this and more, Armstrong will provide without hesitance.RANK: 7/10

Looking a bit on the young side as well, though Souji has proven himself to be a capable warrior. Armstrong works with him in their shift at the Watch, and for the most part the young chap seems to be quite sociable and nice. Sharp and smart too, which is something the man can approve. Still, there is something about this demeanour that Armstrong feels worried about one way or another, but he can't really put a finger onto it...

A nice and quiet little girl who he talked with over the communicators. She reminds him a little of Tsubaki, though perhaps just a bit quieter. But she's still pretty nice to talk to regardless, and he hopes to have more chances to talk to her in the future. RANK: 4/10

Slightly strange kid, but he seems fine enough. They discussed about their respective worlds a little, and Armstrong himself finds it quite interesting to see the vast differences between his country and the boy's own. BREW is certainly quite strange, indeed. There's also something about Minato's disposition that intrigues Armstrong a bit as well, which makes him look forward to more chances in talking with him in the future when he has the time to.

A boy he apparently knows from his last time being here, though he has no memory whatsoever of it. But that aside, Ash seems like a bright and nice boy to talk to, so Armstrong has every intention to know him again when he has the chance to do so. And maybe through him, he might understand better about the things which his past self has done... it is still strange though that he has no recollection whatsoever about his last time here.RANK: 4/10
