I had a lovely sunny weekend outside of Mt. Vernon, visiting Dan's mom, step-dad, and 11 year old sister. K and the sister played well, although the girl was a little loud for my preferences. The dad was nice, and interested in political conversation. He's a goldsmith with an awesome little shop, which he showed me in detail. I got so see photos of
