Against Me! = greatness.
They put on a great show, as well as the Soviettes, and Dirt something or other. The Epoxys were...odd. And...yeah. That was pretty much all I can say about the Epoxys. That and I don't think I'll be rocking out to them anytime soon. (I guess I could say more, but I'm trying to be nice. Hahaha.)
So drunk people are really annoying. Even more so when you're sober and realize just how annoying they are. They're inconsiderate, loud, obnoxious, slothenly, slobbery, and in general, large jackasses. Granted, a lot of people at that show that I don't think were drinking (probably because they weren't old enough) that were incredibly obnoxious as well...but that's besides the point.
Well, maybe it's not. Let's just say that when someone surfaces from the mosh pit, stands in front of you but leans into you, and then lights a cigarette...proceeding to either stick the butt near your face or blow smoke in your general direction...it does not make a person happy.
So basically, the more time I spend around what the scene has become, the more time I appreciate the time away.
But I digress. Against Me! played an awesome show.
