It's been a long time since I got up on my soap box, so this one is probably long overdue. I just can't help thinking that others get as peeved by this as I do.
Robo calls that put you on hold.
That is automatic dialers that call you on your home phone, and when you answer the phone, you get a recording that tells you to please hold for an important message.
I DON'T THINK SO ! ! !
Now if you have an important message you want to tell me, you had darn well take the time to call me personally. Otherwise, you're call is NOT important and I don't have the time to waste on you.
Last time I looked, I was a human being. I don't jump through hoops for a machine.
