Muay Thai
I joined Muay Thai boxing today in Cambridge and had an awesome induction session with proper techniques and was even more knackering than bodycombat, which I wasn't sure was possible. But when you're trying to perfect techniques you've been taught differently, such as the roundhouse kick, I desperately wanted to get it right. Also met a guy there who was on UEA lacrosse team, he remembered me and vice versa but I do look a lot different now, so was surprised. Hope to be at beginner's session on Monday, costs permitting. What I like about Muay Thai is nothing is off limits, except a knee to the groin. Less complication there.....
