Your stats are awesome. I wanted to ask you what your diet is and if you work out anymore? I try to do it the healthy way which is how I lost it the first time, and it just kind of fell off from there, but now I feel at a lost and can't move forwrd. I would lvoe to hear what you eat in a day and did you lose more when yo ustopped working out so much? Thank you for your help!

I know this is wierd advice, but maybe you should try to workout more? It may make you want to eat a little more. I am concerned about you and I think you know you are at a point where you need to get a little healthier? Please try to take care of yourself. Life is so fleeting and being skinny is great - but being sick is not.
Thank you for the advice - I caught the flu on top of all of this so I have lost a lot of my appetite - so I am trying to eat something to give me energy and yet not throw up. So far it's just been 1/2 apple and I'm loving that I lost weight but I would be fat anyday if I could have my mother back.

Can you help me with a few more diet questions? I was wondering if you have milk with your cereal in the a.m. and how much? And then what kind of yogurt for lunch? I'm maintaining the weight I lost right after my mom died, but haven't lost more and want to.
