SOX
So last night I went to bed around the 8th inning when it was 4-3 Yankees. I watched the whole eighth and the top of the ninth in bed before totally zonking out, feeling very sad that the red sox season was three outs from being over. So like 90 minutes later I wake up because Jason was moving around like a dope and kept elbowing me and kicking me and I squint over and see that the game is STILL on. I grabbed my glasses and saw that it was tied in the top of the 12th! Holy Crap! So it goes to commercial and at that same time the TV's sleep timer ran out and the TV shut off. Being far too lazy to find the clicker (mind you I am half asleep) I just rolled over and fell back to sleep. So,I get up this morning and Jay was like "did you watch the whole game?" and I said "uh-uh" (It was 5am and I was up at 12, 3, & 4 because SOMEONE wouldn't stay still, so all I could muster was "uh-uh") and I was like "did they win?" and he said "yeah" and then I was mad that I was too lazy to find the clicker. This morning I TIVO-ed sportscenter so I could see Ortiz's Homer and watch them all jump around and be happy. The End.
P.S. It's so nice to FINALLY see the Sox playing like they did the whole month of August. It only took them being down 3 games to do so.
P.P.S. I hate Hideki Matsui. He needs to go back to China or Japan or wherever he is from. I also hate Jorge Posado. Not only does he look like a rat, he has the personality of one too.
