The world cup is just around the corner and I don't think I am alone in getting excited about it. I have been following the worldcup06blog which is actually posting about World Cup 2010 despite the name. I can't say how happy I am that Diego López finally got called up for the Selección. Of course, it's highly unlikely he'll get to play, but he's been fantastic in La Liga and the Champions League recently and deserves being part of the national team!
