(no subject)
Huh. So I started working on writing something for 8secondsfic and somehow it's... definitely not eight-second-themed... at all. So that's interesting. Also, I seem to have a thing for writing pre-series stuff right now. Which is very much not my general thing as far as writing usually goes - I don't much like writing the past in established universes, because I'm worried I'll screw something up. So, weird. Also, Dean's perspective is so much easier than Sam's, you have no idea. I have no idea, either, actually.
I'm still not really sure what to do with things I write that aren't related to that challenge; it feels funny to think of posting it here. But I might anyway, and then eventually it won't be weird anymore?
Also? I MISS SUPERNATURAL. Tomorrow I need to watch Psych, both because it is awesome and because I need to get my mind off of the track it's currently on (that track being basically OMG WHY MUST SUPERNATURAL NOT BE ON THIS WEEK OR LAST WEEK OR AAAHHHHH?!?! which makes me feel strange and way too obsessed). I am also behind on House, and Bones, and way behind on Heroes, because no one lets me watch TV when I actually have the time to do so (i.e. am not sleeping off a long weekend or away from home). I am disgruntled, and might have to take matters into my own hands (in other words: INTERNET).
In other news, I can't sleep, even though I'm really tired. This is, in part, due to my ovaries trying to kill me. So, writing. And craving food, which is either a sign of full recovery, or a trick my body is playing on me. I think it's time for sneaking into the kitchen and getting something to eat - I didn't have proper dinner.
Pineapple-scented candles, by the way, are amazing. I hadn't expected to like it (fruit or cool-smelling things of that nature and candles don't generally mix well for me, but this is an exception), but I DO, very much. I want to get like thirty of them, before they go out of season (silly WalMart and their candle scents being seasonal, what the hell? I want to buy pineapple and coffee candles all year, not just spring / winter, respectively! D:<).
