So for the weekend (well Thursday - Sunday) I slept when I was supposed to sleep (mostly) and woke up when I was supposed to wake up, and people were happy, including myself. I'm not a morning person, but it does seem like it's not a bad thing to be one anyway. Problem is, when I'm home and I wake up early, by one or two I'm ready to curl up and sleep, and have nothing to keep me from doing so. What little I do have is like "hm, dishes or nap?" and I think we all know which one always will win out in the end. And then I now am out of allergy medicine, which is the only way I can fall asleep short of randomly staying up 'till dawn, so I'm still up and it's getting light outside.

Sigh.

In better news I like the fact that I can write still without sucking too bad, I like the fact that (at night at least) it's cool enough that having my candle warmer on in here doesn't make the place feel boiley and as a result my room smells like really sweet coffee right now. I also like that Kitten is sleeping at night lately, even if I'm not. I feel mildly accomplished because I finished the logo for my dad's site today and got that sent to him, and I'm pretty sure it's what he wanted it to look like.

Unfortuntely even aside from the sleeping issues there are a few bad things. Parental bickering, headache(s?) from Hell, evil and flickery internet, and the fact that I think I might be getting a proper cold (or having allergies like I've never had them before).

Still, good > bad. Yay!

family, sometimes i write things, kittens!, my sleeping habits are fail
