A question of plums
Does anyone know how to tell whether a plum has red or yellow flesh without cutting into it? I have it narrowed down to certain Japanese varieties--Prunus salicina http://www.uga.edu/fruit/plum.html --but is there a way to tell by appearance if the variety isn't indicated?
