here with
xolo... here's some pictures of some strange old Christmas tree lightbulbs I found in the garage the other day.
Box-o-Bulbs
The whole box of mismatched lights, with the most interesting ones laid outside.
Bubble lights
Two different styles. The round bulb in the middle is apparently a broken-off "heater" for one like the foreground model.
Candlestick bulbs
Not plastic carriers... long tubular bulbs with a painted shaft.
Candle Closeup
Showing the long delicate tip.
I'm sure any resemblance to a condom is pure coincidence.
I have no idea if any of these work. There was a short electrical string near where I found these originally, but I apparently helpfully misplaced it. The bulbs also have two different size bases, and I'm not sure which base the string might of been. All the "interesting" bulbs are the smaller-size screw base, so of course it's far more likely the string is the larger size. Also have no idea whether these bulbs are supposed to be wired in series or parallel so far as that goes, so I'd be hesitant to try to whip something up.
Aaaaaanyway.
