I am doing okay word-count-wise but it feels a bit as if I'm not getting anywhere with my story ... As it is not half-way through November, I'm also half-way through the required word-count for "winning" this thing, but there's nothing much happening in the story (well, probably not quite true).

I actually wrote about 800 words this morning but that's it so far as it's Saturday and I work on Saturdays (unless it's a national holiday).

The store has moved, btw (it's my third Saturday at the new location), and I'm now about 50 to 100 meters as the dragon flies from the store's old
