Breather
Since my mom has been spending all her free time at the hospital with my grandma, we decided to see a movie together. We went to see Dark Shadows and it was... boring. I didn't care about any of the characters. It just felt so flat. I know there were 'funny' parts but I only laughed once. My mom even fell asleep. I mean, she's exhausted but still. Thankfully I used the rest of my gift card from work so I only paid $5 for two tickets. And then like $10 for food. D'oh!
Tomorrow, she wants to go see The Avengers with me! She hasn't seen the other movies yet though so I had to give her a crash course in who the characters are. I have been sucked into this fandom like crazy. Again, most of my fannishness is on Tumblr these days. I want to write more on here though so I'm thinking about doing that 100 Things meme that's going around. I just have no idea what I want to do. I was thinking favorite characters, but I'd rather write about something that makes me DO something. Like bake or cook. And/or take photos. Maybe 100 recipes I've never made before? Or pictures of my mini Iron Man in 100 different places? Leaning more towards the recipes one - gives me a excuse to cook/bake more :)
