oh, they don't even want you to climb down! you just yell at the guy that you want down, and he gently lowers the rope. there's a little bit of an art to, like, not spinning around and hitting your butt on the wall, but I'll get it.

Actually, lifting yourself off the seat of a chair by using your triceps to do the lifting is a great way to tone those and get some muscle strength going in them ( ... )

Yay, glad you got to try it! Climbing is really fun, but it definitely does leave you sore.

If Marc wants to learn to belay, take advantage of it hehe. It's a valuable skill. A climbing gym near me has automatic belays so you don't need a person belaying you, but you get way more flexibility working with a belayer than a machine.
