So yeh, home again... or well, still trying to build a home in this lovely rainy city on the west coast. Turns out that finding an apartment here is nothing short of epic. Vancouver has a vacany rate of less than 0.3%, so every apartment showing is a line-up around the block, coupled with a pile of invasive applications and a slim chance at winning
