That's my boy
So, Nikki had his vet exam this morning. I thought he was due for his rabies shot, but, no, not so much. And because of his age, he's 15 1/2, the vet decided to postpone his distemper until next year when he gets his rabies.
He did get blood drawn for his thyroid, but his wellness check-up was great. The poor old man does have a heart murmur and plaque, but because of his heart murmur, his doctors don't recommend cleaning because of the anesthetic. Otherwise, though, the doctor was very impressed with his general over-all health and I got a good cat mommy ata-girl from her. Yays!
