OMG panic time!
I was on lj, just calmly reading through my flist when... my internet connection went down. Poof! No internet. Oh noes!!!!!!
I called Verizon tech support right away and the girl, after some confusion because I'm a dolt and couldn't remember my Verizon password, got me hooked up again. Yays!!!!
Seriously, I cannot live knowing I don't have internet connection. And four years ago, I sneered at the internet. Sneered, I say.
Anyway, I'm solid, so it's all good.
I did a little bit of shopping today, and when I say a little bit I mean I bought stuff for myself instead of Christmas presents. Yes, I suck just that badly. After I got home though, I did go online and buy all the babies their presents, so no Toys 'R Us for this gal. No sirree. Those goodies are going to come straight to my door, and I won't have to fight some insane mom or grandma over the last T. J. Bearytales. Ha!
Tomorrow I take Nikki up to the vet's for another blood test. He seems to be doing very well, and I hope the blood test bears that out. I'm going to drop my mom off at her hairdresser's first so she can get a permanent, and then if she's not feeling too tired, I'll take her out to eat. Yum, not turkey. :)
Since it's after Thanksgiving, and, to me, officially the Christmas Season, I've made my Christmas Babies icon my default for the rest of the year. Ain't they cute? :D
