L'WhAAaaaat?
Yesterday Amelia and I baked over a hundred cookied. Lemon, orange and lime. I took a few dozen to Michelle Martin's BBQ. Good times. Old friends.
Speaking of old friends, Jenn Glisson texted me last night saying that SHE'S ENGAGED! She stopped by BGC today to show me her engagement ring. Crazy crazy. I can't help but feel a shit load older.
On the younger side of the spectrum, I introduced a new art form to the kids today. Today, about a dozen kids were introduced to LWAA, or Littering With An Agenda. LWAA was created to help me live in the small town. It's helped me keep my sanity AND insanity, helped combat boredom and helped me express things physically through a somewhat juvenile art form.
It's like graffiti, but less extreme. Basically, you write messages on pieces of paper and post them in public.
Kids' messages this time around include:
"Rock Bottom's Where We Live."
"Rainbows are not colorful."
"Don't make fun of aliens, you look funny too."
& "My father is a woman alien."
So, yeah, the "agenda" varies from social commentary to utter silliness. Good times. I love you, Syl.
