My throat was hurting yesterday so I didn't smoke that much, but today it's worse so I think I'm coming down with something. I thought at first that my throat hurt because I threw up so much on Sunday, but now I think that just helped to irritate it. I had a very disgusting day on sunday. Confession time! For breakfast I had 4 bacon, egg, n' cheese croissan-wiches from Burger King plus an order of hashbrowns. I threw it up around noon. Then I snacked on finger sandwiches, pasta salad and brownies until about 3:00, then I threw up again. Then I went to Popeye's and got 3 pieces of chicken, mash potatoes, a biscuit and 2 apple pies. Then I threw up again. That was a good one, I really felt cleansed after it. Yeah, it's gross...sorry.

I have learned all of the secrets to binging and purging, for example; drink a sip of water between every bite you take and it will all come up a lot easier, a lot, lot easier. Also, try not to wait more than 10 minutes after eating before you purge. Another thing, ice cream is great for this, it tastes about the same coming up as it does when going down. Plus it has a liquid quality to it so you won't need to drink water with it. Always, always use mouthwash after a purge becuase it would be SO embarrassing if your dentist said something about rotting molars. You also have to make sure you keep your index fingernails really short, it's a terrible thing to scrape the back of your throat.

This stuff is pretty pathetic but I've just got to say it, so I again apologize if it offends.
