I've learned to fear dripping sounds in the middle of the night.
Another month, another roof leak. Looks like this one is coming in around one of the roof vents, but looks can be deceiving, maybe it's coming in somewhere else and just dripping down from the tar paper where the vent is...as if I know how our roof is put together. More learning experiences.
Because of the location, we wound up with a puddle around our AC unit. It's probably a bad thing that there was water dripping from an electrical switch. I should probably turn off that breaker.
